Promo banner doesn’t work. Not show title and information

Hi, I have been having a big problem with my website with the Woodmart promo banner item, I have also had it on other websites. I tried doing the updates of all systems (including Woodmart Core) and doing the patcher error correction and clearing the cache but nothing has solved it, I cordially thank you for your cooperation and that you can tell me what I should do in this regard.
