Promo banner doesn´t works the links

Hi, we have three promo banners at the beginning of the shop and the link doesn´t works. We don´t know the reason.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Please find this file:

woodmart\inc\shortcodes\promo-banner.php

and find this line:

if ( strrpos( $link, '|') ){

replace it with this line:

if ( strrpos( $link, '|') || strrpos( $link, 'rl:') ){
