promo banner dose not show

    when i am login to admin then show promo banner text, when visit without login then promo banner text dose not show.

    I have checked your site without admin, the promo banner text is showing fine.

    Sometimes, outdated or cached files can cause display issues. Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.
