Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent then clear cache and check back.
If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

The issue is caused by the link not existing on your website.
I have added the google.com link in the banner and it’s working fine.
Please make sure that you added the link that exists on your website then check back.
