Promo banner images not collapsing

Hi,

I am having issues with the promo banners inside a banner carousel.

When I am adding a banner of 700×450 in a promo banner inside a banner carousel, on a cleared cache it will not being shown completely (only on a new refresh).

At the size I have tried to put in the dimensions “full” and “700×450” but is not working.

Especially on mobile this is an issue.

Can you help me out?
