Promo banner images rightside column not same height to slider leftside column

Hi, please see this screenshot for description https://www.dropbox.com/s/cfmr9uhv5qylc1i/des.png?dl=0 . I spent alomost two hours on it but not find a resolution yet.
– The left column is a silder. I set the slider height to 300px same height to the image size used for the silder.
– There three promo banner images. Each image has 100px high (So 300 hundred in total, same to the height of the slider image). However, there are not the same.

You need either increase the height of the slider or reduce the image heigh used for the Promo banner so that their height sum could be equal to 300px.

As I said, each three promo banner image has 100px height. So three images are equal 300px, which is the same high to the slider image height. And I’ve set the slider height to 300px too. What else not equal?
