promo banner in combination with woodmart_countdown_timer WP tag giving NaN

Whenever I make a Promo banner with content WP tag for a countdown timer like for example:
[woodmart_countdown_timer size=”small” align=”center” date=”2019/7/8″]

Then I get NaN errors only on Safari. But whenever I add a WPbakery element for countdown it does work normally. How can I fix this?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, provide the site admin access to the private area.

I have created a staging area which you can use to do with as you please. Deactivate/delete any plugin you want, switch any theme you want. It won’t affect the live website.
