albert77ParticipantHello, I’m using the theme element “Promo Banner” and uploaded SVG files here. Unfortunately not all are shown. What do I have to look out for with the SVG file so that it is compatible with the promo banner?
Best Regards,

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your <svg> tag like it is shown: http://prntscr.com/l897ta
Then you will need to re-upload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.
Best Regards

albert77ParticipantHello Elise, I’ve tried so many things but I can’t make it. Please can you log in to edit an SVG picture and show me what you have changed.
I can’t make it I’ve spent quite a few hours on it.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I have not seen the width and height: https://gyazo.com/fbf3f0e5708bd5aa59a5d2816a0064fa
Please check your SVG image, you would better test another SVG, most likely, the SVG image is not correct.
Best Regards
