Promo banners display

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible, with WPBarkery, to display promo banners as on the picture I attached to this message. I mean 2 columns with 1 item on the left that takes full height and with of its column, and 3 items on the right with 1 above that takes 1/2 height and full width and 2 under that take 1/2 height and 1/2 width each (sorry if it is not clear).
