    Hi,

    Even i disabled promo pop up + deleted html, i still see promo pop up.

    Can you help?

    Hello,

    It’s the Promo Popup you can disable it from Theme Settings >> General >> Promo Popup.

    And if still, you will see that on your site, then try to clear the cache of your site and browser or check-in Incognito mode, Otherwise, please share your site WP-Admin URL and Admin Login credentials with me in the private content area, so that I’ll further check it for you and help you out.

    cleared cache, disable enable again, tried in incognito mode but results are the same.

    I had added screenshot showing wd-promo-pop-up divs can you help me?

    The issue on your website is caused by the cache plugins. Please deactivate the plugins and check back.

    i had disabled both cache plugins but that promo pop up come everytime.

    sorry but thats not the problem.. you should scroll down for pop up to appear..

    i cant enable cache plugins cause of you to see the problem is not related with this. You are costing me time, can you check asap and inform your coders??

    Hello,

    Your issue is now Resolved. The issue was caused by the Preset where the Promo Popup was enabled.

    I have disabled it and the issue is fixed.

    Hello,

    The Option was enabled under a Preset under Theme Settings. The Preset name is “infinitie-scrolling”
