On one of our clients’ websites we have activated the pop-up, but now it’s appearing on every page, everytime someone is visiting another page. We would like it to be shown only once. We can’t find settings for this in the theme.
Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Promo Popup > Show after number of pages visited > Select “0” page. In this case, the pop-up shows one time on your site on the home page.
