I saw the screenshot you attached.

The content in promo popup is added using the page builder. You need to edit the HTML block with the page builder and change the content.

i am not getting can you please do it if i give you admin panel details

awaiting if i do wpbuilder design and css is getting effected

You are using the Elementor page builder on your site. So you need to edit the HTML Block using Elementor page builder to update the content.

Note: If the site is created using Elementor then you could not edit the content with the Wp-Bakery page builder. Same for Elementor.
