Promo Pop-Up does not appear in mobile view

    Promo Pop-Up does not appear in mobile view. And there is a black div in the background and it cannot be deleted.

    Hello,

    Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Popup > Check the Popup HTML Blocks and edit it in page builder. And you can Set background image or color for promo popup or disable it in mobile devices from theme settings.
