How to make PROMO POPUP appear in certain pages and disappear from others?
And how to set how many times it will appear to a customer?
Now it is shown each time customer refresh or click on it

There is no option to configure the pop up in the way exactly as you describe.

You can find the available options for the Promo popup in the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup and another option is Pop up in WP Bakery page builder chart. You can insert in any page and configure http://prntscr.com/o9i5qh

So now either disturb customers with popups on every page each time they visit site, OR Go with WP Bakery and make popup for every single page of my site?
