Promo Popup

How i can fix promo popup i do not want this and also i have clicked on NO. but its still showing. how i can fix it. Please check both Screenshots

Make sure that you have disabled it in Theme Settings -> General -> Promo popup: https://take.ms/1am0e

If you have disabled it and it still shows, then clear the browser/site/server cache and recheck the issue.

Please disable all plugins except these ones:

Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme

Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
