Promo Popup

Hello. I am facing an issue with the promo popup, I’ve tried everything I know but I couldn’t make it work. For some time now, the promo popup appears, but it’s just a black image. What do I need to do to make it work correctly?

The Popup is the HTML block: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

You can check which one is used as well as additional options in the Theme Settings > General > Popup.

If the issue remains, share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

hello , i did not find a sloution . the promo-popup is a black bar
i will leave the credentials in extra info.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

Hello , nope , the problem is still live .
I noticed that if promo-popup is disabled it is still displayed
I cleared the cache for each test.
but the problem is still there.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. Also, Please disable CDN temporarily and clear the server cache.

Your issue has been resolved. You have made the preset. Select and edit the active preset on your site.

In the Settings, apply the promo popup along with the background image, and it will work as expected.
