If you don’t have any backups on your server then you will need to create its content with WPBakery Page Builder from scratch. You can create an HTML Block in your Dashboard and add your texts, images there. Then, copy its shortcode and place to the promo popup content field in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Promo popup.
