Hello do i set the promo popup to show up everywhere but on individual product pages.

You can enable the promo popup from Theme Settings >> General >> Promo Popup.

I have read the documentation and i still can’t find the answer to my question.
How do I set the popup so that it doesn’t display on the individual product page.?????

I am really struggling to get the promo popup to work correctly
I’m just getting a black box with no imagery. (see screen shot attached)
And i can’t work out how to set it so its not showing on Product pages.
I Would really really appreciate it if you could take a look

You can try adding images for the promo popup from Theme Settings >> General >> Promo Popup.
