I have checked your site and settings. I see the image http://prntscr.com/jxp3hi in firefox and in chrome http://prntscr.com/jxp442 It takes time to load but it appears

Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and check

In order to distinguish which plugins relate to the theme and which do not, deactivate them all and then navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and activate all in the list.

Then, activate one by one checking the issue.

Hi, I din’t installed much third party plugin for the theme. The promo popup image was fine before I installed these two plugins for the site.

1. WPML
2. WP Fastest Cache

Have tried to deactivate WP Fastest Cache and the result is still the same. Unless there is a compatibility issue with WPML.
