PROMO POPUP – LINK + FORM PROBLEM

Hi,

1 – I have the popup link on the top bar called ‘UPDATES’ – this was set up in the orignal demo but the problem is it does not always work. Sometimes it does, other times it doesnt. I have attached a screen shot of the menu – can you check this looks correct?

2 – The other problem is the form on here. I have got it to work once, but it doesnt work now and maybe this is something to do with the issue above. When I click the button this is the code in the URL – https://www.primefactorsmotorcycles.com/homepage/?field1=&website=

Do you think there is a way to fix this? We use the same form on the contact page and that works fine, so is it something to do with the popup?

It would be great to fix this. Let me know what you think.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your FTP access so we can check it?

Thanks but this is a LIVE site so it’s not really possible to disable the plugins. Is there any way to avoid this?

We have fixed the first issue and it should work well now. Don’t forget to clean your browser cache.
As for the URL, it is generated by FormCraft plugin and not related to our theme.

Thanks, I really appreciate you looking at this.

Unfortunately I will have to take it off again unless I can get the form to work.

The form works on a regular page. Do you think the popup is causing a problem? I spoke to the FormCraft developer and he said it was something to do with the way the theme works, not the form itself. I don’t have the technical experience to know either way but it would be great if I could fix this because it’s really important for marketing purposes.

If you have any more ideas, let me know.

As we can see on the home page, FormCraft plugin has not added JS files as like on the page that you sent to us (https://www.primefactorsmotorcycles.com/popup-form-test/) Probably you need to contact plugin developer about this issue.

Thanks for taking a look. The page I set up is using the same form so is the popup a problem because it works on a regular page without any problems.

Sorry, but we don’t know why it doesn’t work in the popup. There are no any special scripts there and almost all other elements and plugins with forms work well there.
