    Hi, I already Enable promo popup on my site. But no pop-up appear. Please help.

    Did I need to clear cache each time? If I reload frontpage, popup should appear right? Or It just popup one time only?

    Hello,

    The promo popup appears one time only. If you want it to appear again after making changes, you need to increase its version in Theme Settings -> General -> Promo popup -> Popup version.

    I want same popup appear every time user open homepage. How to make it happen?

    Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make the same promo popup appear every time a user opens the homepage. The promo popup is designed to appear only once per user to avoid being intrusive.
