There are some things missing from Woodmart’s default popup feature.
There is no X to close the popup, so users have to click on the blank spaces to close the popup. We have received a lot of feedback, especially from our elderly users, that they cannot close the popup. On mobile, the popup does not close when clicking on the right or left blank space. To close the popup, either the top or bottom space must be clicked.
There should be a customisation for the popup in the theme settings for both mobile and desktop (I don’t mean the one made from elementor).
The problem of not closing when clicking left and right in the pop up is caused by elementor. It adds background to the background of the context and the background cannot be removed. It covers the entire width of the screen from right to left.
Having a customisable X button to close the popup is enough for now.
