Promo popup not working

Hi, the promo popup is not loading and the menu items to open it dont work either.

The issue began when we installed Wp-Rocket, but we cleaned the caché and disabled the plugin and we are still having this problem. We can only open it when we are logged in.

Could you please help us?

Please Go to Theme Settings >> General >> Promo Popup >> Enable it.

Hello again, I’v cleared cache and it’s not working, it only works when I’me logged in. I’ve tried with Chrome, Firefox and Edge, same result when I’m not logged.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still occurs then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
