Promo Popup opens again after sucessful form submission

I have a promo popup that opens after a couple of page views. It contains a Mailchimp form. Once the form is submitted you are redirected to a thank you page. On both mobile and desktop, the popup opens again when you land on the thank you page. Bit annoying.

I have visited your website this is the default behavior of the promo popup then you enter your email and subscribe then it reopens.

You cannot change this behavior because this is set to default.

Unfortunately, there is no option in Theme Settings to change the behavior of the promo popups
after subscribing to the email.

You cannot change its behavior. It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
