Promo popup troubles

Hello,
-I am finding it quite difficult to work with the promo popup. There is no easy way of viewing it except incrementing the version and re-opening a non-cached page? This is so long…
-Under promopopup in theme settings I can set the width of the popup. Does this width take into account the bordered region or just the area for content? I am having a lot of difficulty sizing the image I want to add. And what is the height? does it vary based on the content or set width?
-I would like a smooth and clean popup like the one on basel&co. Is there a way of removing the border at least?

This is really frustrating. Please see the attached images. One if my promo popup with mo image. width is 800px.It uses HTML block 212. I copied the content and bade a second HTML block (6649) and split in in two to add a picture of 400px width by 500px height.
And look at the results, the popup expanded vertically for some reason!looks like shit.
How can I make a simple smooth clean pop up like the baselCo one?

Hello,

Promo popup is designed in this way that it will be shown only the first time when someone comes on your site. There is no such option in theme to display the popup each time when the page refresh. The only way is to clear your cache and you will see it again.
And your popup already does not contain any border.

The width that you set for your popup form the Theme options >> Shop >> Promo Popup >> Popup width is the actual width of the popup box in which your content exist.

You can change the image height by modifying the html block which you have used as a promo popup form the html block option in your sidebar: https://screenshot.net/k37jetn

To achieve that look of popup simple use 2 columns in a row while editing your popup html block with Wp-Bakery and then use your content on right column and image in the left one.
