    Hi, I just purchased the support extension, May I know where can I get the purchase code so that I can update the extension period. I couldn’t find any code inside the invoice.

    Please advise, thanks.

    Hi,

    You just need to go to your account on our XTemos website and click on “Update” button for your purchase code. https://gyazo.com/151c45799ed6accb58ae0695c2800496

    this error came out after I clicked the update button.
    Code can not be updated in the database
