Purchase code issue

Why can I no activate this? It would bought for this project only a month or so ago. I’m told “It seems that this purchase code is already activated. You can deactivate it in your account on our website. ”

I don’t want to deactivate it as I want theme support.

Did you check whether that key persists in your account settings on our website? If so, just deactivate it in my account, otherwise send me via private content your key.

I can’t deactivate what can’t be activated. Licence code attached – please do what you can so I can successfully activate it from my side. Thank you.
