purchase code not working after reset on the same domain

I initially installed the theme and activated the license using the purchase code, but I couldn’t activate the child theme. So, I reset the setup, and tried to add the code on the same domain, but there is an error that the code has already been used. i did not use the code on another domain.. so why this error message is showed? please reset my purchase code.. this is new buying license
