draspallParticipantIn the purchase process, as attached to the image it appears that €0.25 is missing for shipping to be free but on the right side it already says that it is free (because I have it that it is free for purchases of €50 or more) there is a contradiction and I don’t know how to resolve it.
Then when I go to finalize the purchase on the next screen the menu of my website appears at the top…and apart from point 2 and 3 they are thinking continuously and cannot continue…
I need a quick solution because no customer can buy.

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.5.1 RELEASED” and update the required plugin and check the option.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution. Also, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

draspallParticipantI updated the theme to the latest version that you told me and it still didn’t work. I have deactivated all the plugins that were not a priority for the theme and the purchase phase was working fine. So I have been activating one by one to verify which one was causing the problem and I have discovered that when I activate the Redsys payment gateway plugin that is when that payment part goes wrong again.
I don’t know why it stopped working when it has always worked fine.
Apart from that, remember that the error of free shipping continues to appear with a minimum order of €50, but when you are in the payment phase it appears that with €60 you have the order with free shipping… I don’t understand that difference of €10. ..
Attached is 2 screenshot of the payment plugin that causes problems and the free shipping problem.
Let me know when it’s fixed.

1. So it means there is an issue with the 3rd party plugin Redsys payment gateway, please ask the plugin author support to check the issue and solve it for you. This is not the theme or theme’s plugin issue.
2. The difference is showing because you have set the amount 60 for free shipping from the Woodmart >> Theme Settings >> Shop >> Free Shipping Bar: https://ibb.co/VN8Dtrp
You have to set the same price in the theme settings as well, and then the difference of the 10 will be removed.

draspallParticipantOne issue, when it is set as free shipping, because it exceeds the minimum order, the free shipping option appears but is not selected. The shipping payment option remains selected.
