Purchased Anteres Theme, Download Link Isn’t Available

I’ve purchased the Anteres Theme but the download link isn’t available. I”m not sure where I should be sending this but it stated to contact the support team if this happened so I am following those instructions
Hi, I have two purchase receipts which I’ve pasted below which shows as both. I tried the first time to purchase and it never delivered my theme files and so I tried it again. It appears to be a bug and not delivering them after purchase.
