Purpose of the “Downloads” Section in Customer Account

    Hello,

    could you please explain what role the “Downloads” section plays in the customer account on the website? Can I upload an invoice or some other document there for the customer to download?

    The “Downloads” section in the customer’s My Account area is specifically designed to list downloadable products that the customer has purchased. It’s not intended for uploading invoices or documents manually for individual customers.

    Do you mean that I should upload some documents in advance, which then become available for download as soon as a customer purchases a specific product? If yes, where exactly are these files added to the products?

    Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

    It requires customizations, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    Hello,

    You can delete “downloads” from your account page by following the instructions below.

    Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and remove the entry for Downloads in the Account endpoints section, just leave it blank.
