Pushing the boat here – Interactive world map HTML block in the menu???

I am keen to push the boat.
See pic below.
Is it possible to have a world map in the menu drop down that a person can hover over and click a country and then it goes to a page of products from that country? I guess each country would be a category and it would go to a category page?

Ah yes I have used hotspot image before… this can be created as a HTML block anbd inserted into menu I hope… I guess it would also work well on a page like your example..
