quantity of my products

im having an issues with the quantity of my products. it did not give any number and i cant continue with adding it to the cart!! here is a picture attached with this post!

in the first picture you will see that there is no number in the stock managing box please let me know the solution as fast as possible

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

i will give you my admin access to check that also i have some other issue related with uploading icon to my menu i already uploaded all icons to my menu but 2 icons only appear

We see that most of the plugins are still activated. Please, keep only theme related plugins.

i have deactivated and tried that but i still have this problem please check that and let me know

The problem is caused by the following CSS code https://gyazo.com/aa9064f01036491624c542a6d783e798
Try to remove it and the quantity input will work well.
