Quantity Selector Plus/Minus not showing BUG

Quantity selector does not show the “Plus” or “Minus” sign.
I have included two screenshots.
One is how it should be and another is how it is currently.
How can i get the quantity + and – sign to show again?? it is currently not showing…

I have tried various basic tasks. Disabling plugins etc… It doesn’t have any custom plugins anyway…

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
You can check the product page settings in the Inventory: you need to disable individually sold, that limit the product quantity.
