Question about custom notice for free shipping

I would like to ask you if its possible on WoodMart to show my customers a incentive message how much more should be spent from them in order to get free shipping cost, at both cart and checkout pages.
I show you below an example plugin which is only for this purpose:

Woocommerce does not have such an option by default. You will need the plugin.
