For example, more than 6 categories, but some fixed number is displayed. In fact, there are more. All of them can be viewed in the pop-up list in the menu.
How to make the same display of categories in the title as in the example from the link?

I have visited the URLs you provided.

1) To make the filters in the sidebar widget you need to Go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Shop page widget area.

Then you can populate it accordingly.

2) You cannot display selected categories in the shop page title it is set to display all the categories that are added in Products >> Categories.

How then in the store title displays only 6 categories, while there are more than 10 categories through the menu?

Hello,

1) I saw the screenshot you attached. In the menu item you can also add Custom Link that’s why it displayed more categories in the categories dropdown. The other categories are added as Custom Links.

2) To display the sidebar as offcanvas sidebar button on the shop page you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Sidebar & Page Title.

You need to enable the offcanvas sidebar button for the desktop.

It is unfortunate, of course, that you cannot set a certain number of categories displayed in the store title.

The remaining settings are worked out.
The theme is fire!
