mkt-4787ParticipantHello ,
I have been trying to create a submenu using the html block feature. I am using a main category to anchor my subcategories with said block.
However i created 1 row for each category on elementor and i end up with a huge amount of empty space to the right of it.
I even tried to edit the size etc to no avail.
I sent attached some of images of my process , maybe you can shed a light on what im doing wrong. Thanks in advance.
Side note : i have products with more categories some with less so i will probably duplicate the html block for all and just insert what i need.Attachments:

mkt-4787ParticipantHello i have sent.
This is a clone so i can test before doing it on the main site if thats ok..January 28, 2026 at 2:59 pm #706410Hello,
Navigate to Appearance > Menu > Expand the menu item(Escovas Limpa Videos) and In Drop-down settings, adjust the Dropdown Width as needed. Also, in the HTML Block choose the category column “1”.

Edit the HTML Block > Edit Product Categories widget, and in the style tab open the carousel settings and change slides per view.

mkt-4787ParticipantHello
I did that and got that result that was shown in the screenshots.
January 29, 2026 at 2:02 pm #706554Hello,
Because you have added the product categories widget in the HTML block 4 times, that is why it is duplicated. Now I have deleted the other widget and keep only the 1 category widget and choose the slides per view, and it is showing fine, please check back your site and check the issue. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

mkt-4787ParticipantHello ,
My goal is to add the categories corresponding to every main category of my store, and that will indeed need to have 4 or more widgets. So if there is another way to do this kindly let me know.
Also let me know if this makes sense.
Thanks in advance.
January 30, 2026 at 10:37 am #706671Hello,
Adding the same Product Categories widget multiple times on the same page will cause duplication because each widget outputs the same taxonomy query.
If you want to show different sets of categories, the correct way is, Use one Product Categories widget per section and in each widget choose the data source custom query and choose the specific categories which you want to show.
Best Regards,
