abhishekotheruseemail1996ParticipantHello Xtemos Team,
I purchased the WoodMart theme from ThemeForest and I have a question about the license activation.
Recently, I had the theme activated on my local development site. I deleted that local site from my computer without deactivating the theme first. When I tried to activate the theme again on a new local site, I got the message “already active.”
To fix this, I logged into my Xtemos account dashboard and deactivated the license there. After that, I was able to activate it again on my new local site successfully.
However, I noticed something different now:
Earlier, I could see my active site listed in the dashboard, and I could deactivate it myself.
But now, I cannot see the active site in the list at all.
This makes me worry: if in the future I again delete a site without deactivating, I will not be able to reset it myself and will have to contact support each time.
My questions are:
Is my license still valid and not expired?
Will I be able to continue activating/deactivating on my own for local/live sites?
Why is my current active site not visible in the dashboard list anymore?
Details:
Current usage: Localhost development only
Planned usage: Migrate to Live site
Thank you for clarifying this for me.

Artem TemosKeymasterHi Abhishek,
Thanks for the details. Here’s how it works and what to expect:
1) License validity
– Your purchase code is valid. Since you successfully activated it on the new local site, there is no license expiration preventing activation. You can check and extend your support period in your Xtemos account if needed.2) Activating/deactivating yourself
– You can manage this anytime:
– In WordPress: WoodMart -> Theme license -> Activate/Deactivate.
– In your Xtemos account: My Account -> Your purchase codes -> view the activated domains and click Deactivate (this works even if you no longer have access to the old site).
– One license allows 1 live domain plus 1 development/staging domain (including localhost). When activating on a dev site, tick the Development domain option.3) Active site not visible in the dashboard list
– In My Account -> Your purchase codes you should normally see the domains linked to your code with a Deactivate button. If your current activation is not displayed, it means that it is not activated on any domain and you are free to activate it.
– You can still deactivate directly from the site itself at WoodMart -> Theme license if needed. When you migrate from localhost to the live site, just deactivate on localhost (or via your account) and then activate on the live domain. If anything doesn’t appear in the list, share the purchase code and we’ll help reset it promptly.
Kind Regards
