    Hello,

    I would like to ask about the “New feedback this week for Woodmart” updates — could you please check with your development team whether any improvements have been made regarding this case:
    https://woodmart.canny.io/feature-requests/p/suggestion-regarding-scroll-to-top-after-ajax-behavior-in-woodmart-theme

    I haven’t read all the recent news from your newsletter, so I just wanted to confirm.
    Thank you in advance!

    Best regards,
    Nikola

    Hello,

    As evident from the video, when the option is turned off, the page doesn’t scroll after an AJAX request at all. It remains in its original position. If you wish to change the selector on your page that will be scrolled after an AJAX request, you can add the following code snippet to the functions.php file in the child theme.

    	add_action('woodmart_ajax_scroll_class', function() {
    			return '.wd-page-content';
    		});

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delayed reply, but I have other commitments. Regarding the ticket, thank you for your response — I added your code, but unfortunately, even after clearing the cache globally and in the browser, I don’t see anything different happening. I recorded a video for you showing how, when a filter is selected, the already selected filters gets hidden on the top because of the Sticky menu, which I don’t want to disable. Could you make it so that when I click a filter, the page scrolls a bit higher? I will show you with a screenshot how it slightly hides the already selected filters.

    Hello,

    It looks like the scroll to top after AJAX is turned off completely. You need to enable this option in Theme Settings first. Then our code will work and your issue will be fixed. Let me know if it helps.

    Kind Regards

    Hi, I enabled the “Scroll to top after Ajax” option, but when selecting an attribute it scrolls me all the way to the top, regardless of whether I’ve added your code to the .php file or not. I would like it to scroll to the level of the image I attached in the previous comment. How can I achieve this?

    Kind regards

    Update: by removing the sticky menu I got a satisfactory result — this way, after the AJAX action, the page scrolls exactly to the beginning of the filters without the top part of the filter being hidden by the sticky menu.

    Otherwise, I’d be happy if you could share how I can define how far up the page should scroll in the product grid when “Scroll to top after AJAX” is enabled?

    Regards, Nikola

    The code we provided earlier determines the element’s selectors on the page to which the page will be scrolled. There are no other ways to adjust this at the moment.
