    Do you have a setting in your theme that allows you to remove this checkbox?

    Hello,

    Please navigate to the Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options section. On that page, you’ll find the ‘Shipping destination’ setting, which allows you to control which checkout fields should be used.

    Hello,

    You don’t see it because you are logged into your account. Log out and start placing an order, and you’ll see that this checkbox appears when you’re a guest. Please check and then tell me how I can remove it.

    In general, that field comes from Theme Settings -> Shop -> Abandoned cart -> Guest data consent: https://prnt.sc/4NyVHUxLliwI , but in your case, it’s disabled so it seems that the issue is in the cache. Try to clear the server cache and let me know the result.

    Hello,

    I have already checked that and tried clearing the server cache, but unfortunately the issue still persists. I have also tested it in three different browsers with cleared cache, as well as from a computer that has never accessed this site before, and the problem remains the same.

    Your issue has been resolved. Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Abandoned Cart and disable the option “Guest data consent”.
