In the “Extra Menu List” Page Builder element, is it possible to format the “title” text without using custom CSS?
The title can be changed with custom CSS only, you can assign a class and we will help with custom CSS or add a selector in the Advanced typography.
You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

In the “Browse Categories” menu, is it possible, through the theme options, to make the thumbnails of the icons associated with the categories larger?
There is no option, unfortunately.
Can the navigation menu drop-downs created with HTML Blocks become mobile responsive or do you need to create two different menus? (one for Desktop with HTML Block, and one for Classic style Mobile
The mobile menu does not support mega menu blocks that is why you will have to create two different menus and assign them accordingly in Appearance > Menu. You can create multy-level menu for mobile.
