QUFORM PLUGIN NOT WORKING

Hi there,
installed the quform plugin and for some reason it conflicts with your template.
once activated and I apply yhte shortcode for the form, the whole page just goes blank.
can you advise how to fix please?

this is going to sound completely silly but we bought another template coz we couldnt wait.
Im sure we will use your one shortly for another build, so will be in touch if we get teh same issue..
