Quick Preview – Weird Behavior of Pictures Display

Don’t check just one product… Check many product on my store!
Video was on latest version of Chrome.

I just tried on Firefox by clearing the cache first.
The first product was ok but then after checking other products, i found again the problem

You write that you have disabled not related plugins but you did not. Besides update all the related plugins http://prntscr.com/luswrc

I insist on this issue, it is still existing in my store! And I have noticed that the problem arise with all the products that use your “variation gallery” feature in your theme for product variation. So yes it is a problem in YOUR theme!

I had already disactivated previously all external plugin and the issue was still existing as I had showed you video. The cause is in your variation picture plugin. So you please investigate what’s going wrong!

Please check the quick preview all these products in my store :
– Baume d’entretien action 3-en-1
– Baume rénovateur de cuir lisse
– Cirage en pot pour chaussures
– Cirage en tube pour chaussures
– Cirage recolorant pour vêtements
– Crème rénovatrice de repigmentation
– Graisse protectrice cuir et nubuck gras
– Lotion nettoyante pour cuir verni
– Pâte de luxe pour le glaçage du cuir lisse
– Recolorant daim et textile en applicateur
– Recolorant pour daim en spray
– Teinture recolorante pour cuir lisse

Try to deactivate auto height option in Theme Settings -> Product page -> Images.

Great! Finally it seems working fine now.

FYI I think it would be good to clarify the text description of that parameter in the theme’s settings.
