Quick shop attributes exclusion

Hello,
I enabled quick shop function to show color choices under product (“Quick shop” type: On variation click).
However I would like to apply this option for color attribute and others should be shown with standard layout. How to achieve that?
Adding reference on right how I want to keep showing products and others variable products should be showing like on the left side – simple showing without product attributes below. (See refference in attachment)

Hiding option with CSS is not best option, as those attributes will still be loaded but just not shown. I want to understand the optimal solution which wouldn’t affect speed.
