Quick view and wishlist issue

My quick view and wishlist is not working for non logged in user but its working for logged in user very well, its is very strange issue I found can you please find why the issue is occuring and find the solution for it?

Please check and change the settings in the Theme Settings > Shop > Wishlist/compare

In theme setting for wichlist already for guest I have not disable it and for quick view there is nothing option like loggedin and looged out user.

Please, provide your site admin access to the private area.
Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

I have deactivated the child theme and deactivated all the plugins not related to the theme: https://gyazo.com/4c638cbd322512d1a85ee41912d8486f

I activate all at is was now.
Please deactivate and delete CMB2 and Redux. These plugins no more needed and they may cause the problem.
Deactivate all the plugins and child theme as per the screen above. then activate the plugins one by one to detect which one causes the problem.

Even I did the same I have dictaivated the all the external plugin (check the attched screenshot) and switched to main theme but still the issue was same for non loggedin user(guest user) the quick view and wishlist is not working. I checked the console and I am getting 503 error from theme, please check the attached screenshot.
