“Quick View” is not working after the update.

    Hi Support,

    After updating to the latest version of the theme, the “Quick View” feature is not working properly. When we try to click on “Quick View,” it redirects to the product detail page instead.

    Can you please check this issue and share the solution?

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Hi Support,

    Disabling all plugins is not a suitable option for us, as this is a live website. Doing so would disrupt functionality and may result in a loss of sales for our client, so this approach is not feasible.

    We recently updated the theme, after which the issue started occurring. Could you please investigate why this happened suddenly?

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    Yes, we see this but we need to test it without plugins on your website to understand what is wrong.

    Are you unable to check this from the console or network? We are not facing this issue on our staging website; it only occurs on the live website after the theme update.

    Hello,

    We see the 403 error in the console. But there is no information about the root of the error. Most likely, it is somehow related to installed plugins or server configuration.

    Hi Support,

    Disabling the plugin on the live website is not possible for us, and creating a staging website would incur additional costs. Therefore, we were hoping you could review the issue at least once without requiring the plugin to be disabled.
