Quick view on Product Archives

Hello,

I’d like to show the quick view, whenever a customer clicks on the product in product archive/landing page.
How can I do this?

I saw it in one of the example themes.

Can I make it such that when I click on the product object (grid item) it does not redirect to single product page, but opens the quick view first?

I am afraid there is no option, unfortunately.

You can add products in the grid without redirecting to a single page.

Please check the option in the Theme Settings > Shop > Variable product and Theme Settings > Shop.

Hello are you sure? with this i could achieve something similar, but it still redirected me to the single product page:

So if I do as is described, the quick view appears when pressing product grid object, but then it brings me to single product page. Can we make this work somehow?

Yes, I am sure, the thread you refer to is dated 2019 and this code would not work with the recent version now. I will consult our developers and get back to you.
