Where do you want to show the products in random order? I am afraid random order is not provided, however, you can choose the ID or other parameter to achieve the purpose.

Your screen shows the Product AJAX tabs element/widget. It is not possible to add it to the shop page.

You can change the order of products view in the Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product catalog.
