Random Product Omission in Bundle Orders – System Error Investigation

One product from the bundle is randomly being omitted during shipping.
We have reconfigured the bundle products, but since September 14, we have identified an issue where random products within the bundle are not being shipped to customers. Despite the correct SKUs being registered for the products in the bundle, products are being omitted in an irregular pattern within the system. A total of 16 customers have reported that one item from their bundle was not delivered.
The bundles affected by the product omission issue are as follows:
1-MONTH RED FINAL CUT DIET SET
1-MONTH RED SCULPTING SET
1-MONTH METABURNING PACKAGE
1-MONTH INTENSIVE SLIM PACKAGE
Please investigate and confirm the cause of this system error.
