Random Spaces in Product Grid

When I display a product grid on homepage, there are several spaces between the products in the grid. They show up randomly and it looks like there are products missing from the current display.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and check again? Also, be sure that you don’t have any custom code in the child theme.
